The WHY Project

Would your business pass the WHY test?

The goal of this project is to teach small businesses why the WHY factor is the key to their long-term success, along with how to use social media to share their customers stories, build brand awareness, customer loyalty and trust. (This is my WHY)

Does your business have the WHY factor?

Every business can explain what they do and how they do it. The best businesses show WHY they do it. They live for the WHY and their customers know WHY they are in business.

Can your business answer these questions?

Why does your company exist?
Why do you do what you do?
Why should anyone care?

Would your business pass the WHY test?

If you spend time with the owner of a business, you would learn WHY they do what they do and WHY they love their business.

In our digital society, a business has less than 5 minutes to show people online WHY anyone should care about their business. Would someone searching online for a business like yours, find your business and find the WHY of your business in 5 minutes?

If I search online for a local bike shop, you usually see WHAT they do. I want to see that the business loves cycling as much as I do and I want them to inspire me to enjoy every moment of the ride. This can be done in less than 5 minutes. This is the WHY factor.

Let’s make this happen, here is the process

  1. I do a WHY test on your online presence.
  2. I teach you WHY it is important to show your WHY and how it will help your business.
  3. I teach you how to build a digital foundation for your business. (It is not as scary or as hard as it is made out to be. It takes time and commitment to the process)
  4. Together we find creative ways to show your WHY and build on it for long-term success.

Cost and Commitment

There is no cost, but a lot of commitment. Many small businesses fail because they have a hard time building a loyal customer base. Most small businesses can’t afford a marketing firm to help them understand the true value of their brand and how to use social media to reach for success. These are the people I want to help and volunteer my time with. Together we can help our community by enhancing great, local small businesses.
